Excel workbook for the design phase of a yacht build. The register tracks every drawing that needs a reply (route, revision, submission, review period, need date, response code, class status) with formulas for due date, status including overdue and deemed-approval checks, days late and float to the need date, plus status counters. The Weight & GT sheet logs every change with its gross tonnage and weight effect and calculates running estimates, margins left, warnings and the margin if pending items are accepted. Blank sheets plus a worked example for the fictional 48 m yacht YP-48 (illustrative figures). Not legal or naval architecture advice.
