Excel workbook for owner-side change control on a yacht build. The change log records every request with the Yard's proposed and agreed price and delivery days, GT and weight effect, class or profile effect and payment milestone effect, and calculates before/after design freeze, the required approval level from the owner's representative's delegation limits, cumulative signed price and days, the representative's signed total, authority checks and days open, with a summary of signed total, pending exposure and forecast delivery date. A one-page change request form covers the request, the owner-side screen, the Yard's proposal and the decision.
