Free Excel register for tracking which statutory, class and regional rules apply to a newbuild and which date triggers each one. Enter the contract date, planned keel-laying date and delivery forecast once; each requirement row takes a trigger type (contract date, keel laying, delivery, installation, three-date test or operation) and its cut-off dates, and formulas show whether the rule applies, how many days the controlling date can slip before a cut-off, and whether the rule was in force, adopted or adopted after signing on the contract date. Includes contract treatment and impact columns, a change-in-rules notice log with response due dates, and a watch list for measures not yet adopted.
