About this template
Excel workbook for tying yacht build payments to provable milestones. One sheet holds the payment plan (definition, evidence, verifier, certificate date, status, share on a contract price = 100 index) with formulas for cumulative share, paid to date, paid minus physical progress and evidence items accepted, plus checks that shares total 100 and that security cover is at least the amount paid. Below it sits the evidence checklist, one line per document. Blank sheet plus an Example sheet with the seven-payment plan of the fictional 48 m yacht YP-48 (illustrative shares, not a market standard). Not legal advice.
