About this template
A ready-to-use risk register pre-populated with 15 risks that are typical of shipyard newbuild contracts, covering schedule, resource, commercial, quality, HSE and regulatory categories, each scored by Probability times Impact and colour-coded Low, Medium, High or Critical.
Replace or extend the sample risks with the ones specific to your project, keep the same scoring method for consistency, and assign a named owner and review date to each entry. Review the register at least monthly, or immediately after any major schedule or scope change.
