Excel workbook for comparing yacht yard bids on a like-for-like basis. A bid register turns headline prices into like-for-like prices with up to eight adjustments per yard; pass/fail gates exclude yards before scoring; a weighted matrix scores technical, commercial, schedule and risk criteria (price scored by formula on a fixed scale set before bids open), with group subtotals, a rank, and a check that the weights total 100%. Blank sheet for up to five yards plus an Example sheet with three bids for the fictional 48 m yacht YP-48 (illustrative data, not an assessment of any real yard). Not legal advice.
