Excel procurement matrix for a yacht build: one line per package with scope owner (yard, allowance, owner-furnished), makers list entry and 'or equal', certificate, who warrants, interface data dates, lead time and receipt buffer. Formulas give the latest safe order date, order float, delivery margin, maker warranty cover against the yacht warranty and a status per line, with counters for overdue orders, late interface data, missing certificates and warranty gaps. Blank sheet plus a 13-line example for the fictional 48 m yacht YP-48 at month 15 (illustrative, placeholder lead times).
