Why this portal exists
Building a ship is one of the most demanding undertakings in any industry: thousands of interdependent activities, long-lead equipment ordered years ahead, a building dock that must never sit idle, and three principals โ owner, yard and class โ who have to stay aligned for years. Yet much of the practical know-how lives in people's heads and scattered notes. We created project2-me.com to bring that knowledge together in one place, in plain language, for the people who actually do the work.
